The people and the work product at Morrie's 394 are the best. I love dealing with them and I never have any doubt that they are doing right by me and my car. However, they have many problems with their communications technology. The Genesis website is flatly broken. The '394 Morrie's Genesis' website, which does exist as "GENESIS OF ST. LOUIS PARK", should pop up as first on Google. I have spent many, many, frustrating sessions trying to have 'Morrie's 394 Hyundai' allow me to log in, before realizing that it didn't recognize me as a returning customer. The only reason for trying this website in the first place, is the the Genesis website did not appear in the web search. The Genesis of St LPk website is a mess. It should offer a 'Customer Log In" as a prominent link on its home page. But in fact you can not log in as a customer until you choose a sub-page, such as service. I have loved working with Morrie's since I bought my G90 4-1/2 years ago, but their technical (website) problems, coupled with lack of newer G90 inventory, may cause to me look to another dealership, even if farther from my home in Orono.

There was a little miscommunication between the parts and service department, so not everything was installed when I arrived to pick up my car. The availability and ease of acquiring parts was smooth when I arrived.

I may change that answer...but so far I am on the fence. I did buy a car I liked, but so far I am still on the fence about service. I bought the car in late Sept., can't get the warranty work booked until early November, so still not done!? Yikes, that is a wait, and still no plates on my car? I guess they could still be waiting on them to arrive?? I don't know. We will see...I am hopeful.
