They were very quick and efficient at finding and fixing the issue that caused my check engine light to go on.

They did a full inspection on my vehicle and determined that I'd had a transmission update that needed to be completed on top of the repair I originally came in for. Really good customer service, friendly staff and really enjoyed the video I received detailing all the work they did for me.

The maintenance job went well. The staff was friendly and helpful and they completed the work within the time frame they’d given me. They washed the car, too. However, I’ve been underwhelmed by their web site. Supposedly they have a chat feature, but it didn’t work, so I emailed them several days ago with a question about getting a tow package installed, and so far haven’t heard back.
We use this location for all of our Hyundai’s needs. They are professional and get things done in a timely manner.

Used valet service for the first time where the service center comes out and picks up the vehicle and then returns it after service is complete. What a great offering - even though it is offered free during COVID I would happily pay for that convenience. The service manager kept me informed during the repair starting with a video of the technician showing the vehicle and all recommended repairs. All items were completed and the car was returned washed and ready to go. Another great service experience. This place is top notch.

I went there to get a diagnosis on rear camera which was not working well. Chad at the service desk was friendly and easy to talk to. I like how they send a diagnostic video to my phone so I can see the details. I didn’t end up having it replaced but I’m happy to get it checked there.
Kelly was extremely professional and helpful. As a woman, I have often felt disrespected in service shops, but having a woman handle my repairs was amazing. I had decided not to buy a Hyundai for my next car, but Kelly has changed my mind.
